Backlog

The Backlog page is a crucial component of the Leera Project Management Application. It allows users to manage and prioritize tasks, issues, and features within a specific project or sprint. This section provides an organized view of tasks, along with their current status, priority, and other relevant details.


Header Navigation

At the top of the Backlog page, the following options are available:

  • Select Flow: Filter tasks by a specific workflow.
  • Select Type: Filter tasks by type, such as bugs, features, or technical debt.
  • Create Sprint: Initiate the creation of a new sprint.

Backlog Section

The main content area displays all tasks, issues, and features in an organized manner. Each entry in the backlog provides the following essential details:

  • Task Title: A brief description of the task or issue.
  • Task ID: A unique identifier for the task (e.g., "LEERA-80").
  • Status: The current status of the task (e.g., "In Development," "DONE").
  • Metrics: Indicators such as story points or custom metrics that provide insights into task progress.
  • Dates: The start and end dates for the task, displayed as a timeline.
  • Priority/Flag: Highlights the task's priority or specific markers, such as:
    • N for new tasks.
    • R for resolved tasks.

Complete Sprint Button

Located on the right side of the Backlog section, the Complete Sprint button allows users to:

  • Complete the current sprint.
  • Move all associated tasks to their final status.
